Hum chahte hain ki aap STDS Enrollment Pro ke saath satisfied rahein. Ye policy batati hai refund kis situation mein milega.

1. Refund Eligibility

Payment ke 7 din ke andar, agar aapne platform ke calculator/scanner features use nahi kiye hain, to full refund available hai.
7 din ke baad ya features use karne ke baad refund available nahi hoga.

2. Refund Ke Liye Apply Kaise Karein

Refund request ke liye support@aapkidomain.com par apna Student ID aur payment details ke saath email karein. Hum 2-3 business days mein review karke reply karenge.

3. Refund Process Hone Ka Time

Approve hone ke baad refund aapke original payment method (Razorpay ke through) mein 5-7 business days mein credit ho jaayega.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Plan expire ho chuka ho
Terms & Conditions ka violation paaya gaya ho
Refund window (Section 1) nikal chuki ho

5. Plan Cancellation

Aap apna plan renew na karke kisi bhi waqt future billing rok sakte hain — current active plan apni expiry date tak chalta rahega.
